I cannot get the Wifi to work. How can I troubleshoot this?
The OW-1000 diffuser uses its own internal Wifi connection to interact with the aromaSmart App (Available in both the Apple App Store and Google Play)
- Make sure you are connecting directly to the diffuser's Wifi network and not your own Wifi Network. The Broadcast name will look like AromaLink_XXXX
If neither of these options work, You can try performing a Factory Reset.
