The fan on the top of my Oil Works diffuser stopped working. Can I fix this?
Answer:
It doesn't happen often, but occasionally the fans do go bad. Please contact Customer Service to determine if your machine is still under warranty. If it is, we'll get a new fan out to you right away. Otherwise, we can sell you a replacement fan for a nominal fee.
