Question:

I cannot get the Wifi to work.  How can I troubleshoot this?


Answer:

The OW-1000 diffuser uses its own internal Wifi connection to interact with the aromaSmart App (Available in both the Apple App Store and Google Play)



  • Make sure you are connecting directly to the diffuser's Wifi network and not your own Wifi Network.  The Broadcast name will look like AromaLink_XXXX



If neither of these options work, You can try performing a Factory Reset. 


How to Perform a Factory Reset:


To perform a factory reset on the machine, please go through these steps:

  1. Press the 2 outer buttons at the same time and hold until the screen shows YES/NO. 
  2. Press the outer right button to choose YES, then press the ENT button to confirm the reset. 

This will reset your machine (and any settings), but should resolve the issue with the WIFI SSID not broadcasting to your phone.
